Ⅰ. Qualifications for Foreign Teachers（外教资格）
1. Age（年龄）:
Under age 60
2. Nationality（国籍）:
America, England, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, German, France, Spain, Russia, Japan, Singapore , etc. (美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、德国、法国、西班牙、俄罗斯、日本、新加坡等)
3. Degree（学历）：
Bachelor’s degree or higher (本科及以上)
4. Teaching Qualifications（教学经验）：
a. For Language Teaching（语言教学）：
TEFL certificate & 2 years teaching experience required,（持TEFL英语教师资格证书，具有2年相关教学经验）
b. For Subject Teaching（专业课教学）：
Certain academic background & teaching experience. （相关学术背景及教学经验）
II. Position Details（需求职位详情）
1. For Language Teaching（语言教学）：
English, Japanese, Russian, Korean, French, Spanish, German（英语、日语、俄语、韩语、法语、西班牙语、德语）
2. For Subject Teaching（专业课教学）：
IB, Economy, Literature, Civilization, Education, Psychology, Tourism, News and Media, International Business etc. （经济学、历史文化、教育学、心理学、旅游、新闻学、音乐、美术、国际贸易等）
3. Workplace: Universities and its affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school, international school.
4. Responsibilities（工作职责）:
a. 16 hours teaching task per week（每周16课时）
b. Other related work such as after-class program, English Corner, instructing students for English contest and so on. （其它工作包括：课后辅导、学校英语角、英语竞赛指导等）
III. Salary and Benefits (工资和福利)
1.Monthly Salary (RMB)（月薪）:
Negotiate based on Degree and experience , teaching at affiliated International School will be higher. （根据学历和教学经验面议，国际学校更高一些。）
2. Airfare (RMB) （机票补贴）:
Round trip ticket for one year contract period（一年合同期提供往返机票）
3. Winter or Summer Vacation Allowance (RMB)（假期补贴）：
2200 RMB for one-year contract period；（一年合同期提供人民币2200元。）
4. Holidays（假期）：
Summer and Winter holiday, Christmas, Public Holidays in China ( 寒暑假、圣诞节、中国法定节假日)
5. Employed is entitled to an insurance of serious diseases which need hospitalization. Those who are not included in the Regulations of the Insurance, for example those whose ages are over 60 are not entitled to personal accident insurance. （受聘方可获得聘方为其在保险公司购买的重大疾病住院险一份，除保险条例规定之外的人员，超过60岁除外。）
IV. Housing（住宿条件）
1. Providing free apartment with one bedroom and one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom. （提供一室一厅公寓一套，包括厨房和卫生间）
2. The apartment with basic facilities (free)：Heating, Air conditioner, Bathroom with shower, TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Furniture, Kitchen utensils, and Internet connection.（配备暖气、空调、热水淋浴器、电视、冰箱、洗衣机、家具、厨具及网络）
